Existing order?
Have your offer number handy if you've got one — it's in the subject line of your offer email. It lets us pull your file up straight away.
Response times
Email and quote requests get a reply the same business day. Anything that comes in over the weekend is answered Monday morning.
Not sure if we buy it?
Send us a photo of the box. We'll tell you yes or no within a few hours, and if it's a no we'll usually point you somewhere that can help.
