Two sides, two sets of rules. Selling to us is free and you get paid the day it lands. Buying from us ships next business day, paid on invoice.

Part A — Selling to us
Shipping is free
Once you accept an offer we email you a prepaid, tracked and insured shipping label, usually within an hour during business hours. There is no cost to you and nothing is deducted from your payment.
Where we ship from and to
We buy from sellers in all 50 states and ship labels to U.S. addresses only. We do not purchase from outside the United States.
Local pickup
If you're in northwest Ohio and have a larger lot, we'll collect it in person instead. Mention it on your quote form or when you accept the offer and we'll arrange a time.
How to pack it
- Use a sturdy box, not a padded envelope. Strips get crushed.
- Wrap or pad the boxes so they can't slide around in transit.
- Don't use tape directly on the product boxes — it damages the packaging and lowers the value.
- Remove or black out any pharmacy label with your personal details on it.
- Include a note with your name so we can match the package to your offer.
- Never ship in extreme heat or cold if you can avoid it. Strips are temperature sensitive.
Transit time
Ground shipping typically takes two to five business days depending on distance. Your tracking number is on the label email.
Who carries the risk
Risk of loss passes to us the moment the carrier scans your package in, as long as you used our label. Keep your drop-off receipt until you've been paid. If the package is lost or damaged in transit we pay your offer in full and take it up with the carrier ourselves.
If you choose to ship with your own label, the risk stays with you until the package reaches us and we can't reimburse the cost.
Inspection
We inspect on the business day your package arrives. Packages that land after 3:00pm ET are inspected the next business day.
We check every box for seal integrity, expiration date, storage condition and packaging condition, and we check every lot number against the FDA recall database. It takes about fifteen minutes for a typical lot.
If everything matches your description, we go straight to payment. If it doesn't, we contact you first — see our Returns and Refunds Policy for what happens then.
Payment
When
Payment is issued the same business day the inspection clears. Most sellers are paid within three to four days of submitting their quote request.

We deduct no fees, commissions or handling charges. The amount on your offer is the amount you receive.
Tax
You're responsible for any tax on your sale. We don't withhold tax and we can't give tax advice — speak to your own accountant. Where payments to you reach the applicable IRS reporting threshold, we'll ask for a completed Form W-9 before issuing payment and will report as the law requires.
If something goes wrong
If a payment fails, bounces or lands in the wrong place, contact us and we'll trace and reissue it within two business days at no cost to you.

Wholesale accounts only. If you don't have one yet, start with the account application.
Dispatch
Orders ship the next business day after payment clears. Orders paid after 2:00pm ET are dispatched the following business day. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is generated.

We don't mark shipping up. Whatever the carrier charges is what's on your invoice. We ship within the United States only.
What's in the box
Every shipment includes an itemized lot manifest — brand, count, lot number, expiration and grade for every box. That's the document your 7-day inspection window is measured against.
Title and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your stated address. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days and we replace or refund it in full and deal with the carrier ourselves.

Card and ACH payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We don't store full card numbers on our systems and we don't add a surcharge for paying by card.
Nothing is charged before you approve the invoice and the manifest. We don't keep a card on file or bill automatically.
Net terms
Net 15 is available to approved accounts after three completed orders. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the legal maximum, whichever is lower, and we may pause an account while a balance is outstanding.
Sales tax
Orders are taxed where applicable unless we hold a valid resale or exemption certificate for your state. Send it in with your account application and we'll apply it from your first order.
Returns
7-day inspection window from delivery. Anything that doesn't match the manifest is refunded or replaced in full and we pay return shipping. Full detail in the returns policy.
